Scotts New Greemaster Liquid Range

Scotts’ improved range of Greenmaster Liquid fertilizers now provides turf managers with the most advance nutrition system, thanks to the addition of cutting edge technology developed by Scotts R&D.

The improved products are based on more than just NPK and trace elements. Every product in the Greenmaster Liquid range now includes TMax – a powerful nutrient uptake activator – which improves the rate of nutrient intake by the grass plant and ensures the turf has a consistent colour with no rapid tail-off.

TMax ensures that the liquid application spreads out and sticks onto the leaf to maximise the leaf area for nutrient uptake and reduce leaf run-off. In addition, TMax enables nutrient to move through the soil profile to the root area. Here it makes available previously locked-up nutrients resulting in better nutrient balance in the soil and improved turf quality.

The new range includes four core products – High N, NK, High K and Spring and Summer.  There are also three speciality products – STEP liquid (a trace element mix), Iron 4 (Fe 4% ESDA chelated) and Ca Booster (08-00-00 + 10% CaO + TE).

Ideal for fine turf applications in golf and sport, the product’s advanced, fast-acting products enable users to spray turf with a direct nutrient source when required, ensuring a faster plant response than with granular applications.

New Greenmaster Liquid now contains chelated trace elements, which ensure the solubility of the nutrients in the spray mix at all times and prevent unavailability due to fall out in solution. Foliar uptake is further enhanced by the sprayed nutrients staying for longer in a form which is available for uptake.

The liquids contain vitamins for health and improved stress tolerance and are extremely safe to use due to their low salt index.

Pre-launch trials at Levington Research Station confirmed its ability to provide a quicker turf response after application when compared to other liquid fertilizers.

Extremely flexible, Greenmaster Liquid can be tank mixed with other products and in a wide range of water volumes (400-1,000 litres/ha), enabling users to create the most appropriate mix of nutrients for turf needs.

The products come in innovative packaging with an anti-glug mechanism that ensures a smooth flow of liquid.
