Aurora Gold
Aurora Gold is a 'one-of-a-kind' hard fescue.  Aurora Gold is well suited for both full sun and moderate shade, and also mixes well with other fine fescues and perennial ryegrasses.

When used in a cover-crop situation, Aurora Gold is especially well adapted for all situations where a cover-crop is required to reduce erosion, dust, and weeds.  For golf course extreme rough situations, Aurora Gold will perform extremely well in an unmowed, naturalized situation providing a visual, seasonal change with seed head development and a maturing plant.

• Compact medium dark green, fine-leaved, dense, low-growing habit.
• Good drought tolerance with reliable Summer performance.
• Excellent shade performance.
• Good resistance to Dollar Spot, Leaf Spot and Red Thread.
• Low maintenance - excels where mowing, water and fertilization requirements are low or non-existent.
• 6% endophyte content for insect resistance.

Recommended Seeding Rate: Mowed, Premium Turf 25-30g per square metre
